Yes, a complimentary Moroccan breakfast is included with every room and served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. You can enjoy it wherever you like — the rooftop terrace, the courtyard, or your room.
Abla prepares everything fresh each morning: msemen (Moroccan flatbreads), fresh orange juice, honey, argan oil, yoghurt, Moroccan pastries, eggs cooked to order, and a rotating selection of local specialities. It is consistently one of the things guests mention most in their reviews.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies or preferences at the time of booking and we will take care of it.
Absolutely — and we strongly recommend it at least once during your stay. We have a lunch menu that runs daily until 3pm (please be aware that everything is cooked fresh so allow a little time and relax and read while waiting)
Dinner are available on request (please give us 24 hours notice), prepared by Abla. A typical dinner consists of five seasonal Moroccan salads to start (zaalouk, taktouka, herb-dressed spicy carrots and more), followed by a tagine slow-cooked on charcoal embers — lamb with prunes and almonds, chicken with preserved lemon, or a vegetable option — and dessert to finish.
Dinner can be served on the rooftop terrace under the stars, by the fireplace in the saloon, or in the courtyard.
Yes, an optional 7.5% service charge is added to your bill at the point of check-out and can be removed at your will. All other taxes are included in the room price, including tourist tax and VAT. We also have a tip box at reception if you would like to leave a personal gratuity for the team — it is always very gratefully received.
